Bid Description:
This work consists of design, construction and commissioning of building energy improvements (insulation/HVAC) for the Bradford Academy Building (172 North Main Street, Bradford, VT). Permits and historic clearance will need to be obtained. The scope also includes the installation of a small rooftop solar array. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing Harry Falconer at hfalconer@trorc.org. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions. Construction must be completed by November 2026. Questions may be submitted to Harry Falconer at hfalconer@trorc.org. Harry will create a list of bidders from this request and he will distribute any questions and addenda.
