Bid Description:
The Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC) has contracted with the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (VTDEC), with funding from FEMA, to engage in an outreach effort that is primarily meant to assist flood-affected towns in better managing floodplain development to reduce flood risk. This effort will be known as “Flood Community Assistance Program (FCAP)”.
Special Instructions:
TRORC will maintain a list of RFP questions and answers linked to the TRORC website (https://www.trorc.org/rfps-rfqs). Questions will be accepted until noon on March 17, 2024, at which time all questions and responses will
be posted to the TRORC RFP page (https://www.trorc.org/rfps-rfqs/) to ensure all parties have adequate time
to review the answers before the proposal submission deadline.
