Bid Description:
The State of Vermont is seeking proposals for the handpulling operations of water chestnut plants from sites in Lake Champlain (both the NY and VT sides) from Converse Bay and Cedar Bay located near the Converse Bay VT Fish and Wildlife Boat Access (44.295780, -73.291777) to Benson Landing Vermont Fish and Wildlife Boat Access (43.72879, -73.367284) located in Orwell, VT (approximately 1,000+ acres). The State will provide a water chestnut management field supervisor to oversee and coordinate the management program. Up to $75,000 is anticipated for this project.
