Through this Request for Applications (RFA) the Agency of Human Services, Department for Children and Families, Child Development Division (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to award funds to one organization to develop and implement a grant program to award funds to regulated early care and education/after school providers to support the safe and successful inclusion of a child or children who have specific needs due to medical, physical, behavioral or emotional conditions
