Bid Description:
The Department of Vermont Health Access (hereinafter called DVHA) is seeking to establish service agreements with one (or more) companies that can provide 1) validation of performance improvement projects and validation of performance measures and 2) training on analyzing and utilizing performance measures for quality improvement and technical assistance around developing and conducting performance improvement projects while following the protocols adopted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (Protocol 7, Version 2.0).
