Bid Description:
The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA), on behalf of the State of Vermont (hereinafter called the “State”), is seeking to establish service agreements with one vendor that can provide premium processing, including invoicing, collection, remittance and reconciliation capabilities, for Vermont’s federally mandated Health Benefits Exchange (the “Exchange”) and State of Vermont public health programs including, but are not limited to, Medicaid, VPharm and Dr. Dynasaur.
