Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Human Services (AHS) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (Proposals) to mentor and assist policy analysts in the process of preparing our benefits programs rules into a consumable format for the Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) tool and publish to the web (the Work) from qualified vendors. If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), AHS may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected vendor (the Vendor) perform all or part of the Work. This RFP provides details on what is required to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP, how AHS will evaluate the Proposals, and what will be required of the Vendor in performing the Work.
