Bid Description:
Vermont currently operates a legacy mainframe eligibility and enrollment system called ACCESS. Vermont as noted above is in the process of creating a Health Services Enterprise with a new eligibility and enrollment solution built on modern technology. The Vermont State Agency of Human Services (AHS), is seeking to establish a contract to the WRITING OF OUR HEALTH CARE RULES. More detailed information on this is documented in Chapter 3. The platform for this initiative is Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). The contractor must be thoroughly trained and experienced on Oracle Policy Modeling (OPM) best practices and employ such practices throughout the execution of the contract. More detailed information on this can be found in Chapter 3 on the included document.
