Bid Description:
Vermont currently operates a legacy mainframe eligibility and enrollment system called ACCESS. Vermont as noted above is in the process of creating a Health Services Enterprise with a new eligibility and enrollment solution built on modern technology. The Vermont State Agency of Human Services (AHS), is seeking to establish service agreements with one (or more) companies that can provide detailed analysis of the impacts and what steps need to be taken to DISASSEMBLE HEALTH CARE FROM ACCESS.
