Bid Description:
The Village of Swanton hereby requests bids from qualified vendors for the paving of Village Streets to be completed in the 2025 paving season.
Paving area includes:
• Street name: Linda Avenue is a 22’ wide street, 1,947’ in length; ½ “shim and 1 ½ “ top coat. 30 driveway aprons are also included which equals ~900’ x 2’ lip.
• Street Name : Lake Road is a 25’ wide road for 265’ from the intersection and then goes to 22’ for 865’; 2” shim only. 16 driveway aprons and the intersection with Middle Road are included which equals ~ 385’ x 2’ aprons
Sealed bids must be received at the Village Complex, 120 First St, Swanton by Monday, February 10th by 2:00pm. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline by Village Manager and Public Works Director. Questions bhvalenta@swanton.net or 802-582-0253.
