Westmore Needs Contractors for Improving Energy Efficiency in 3 Town Buildings
HVAC
? Replace oil furnace with propane boiler, 1 building
? Replace propane heater with heat pump, 1 building
? Install energy star thermostats, 2 buildings
THERMAL ENVELOPE
? Improve air sealing, 3 buildings
? Install framed floor insulation, 1 building
? Install additional attic insulation, 2 buildings
? Install additional wall insulation, 2 buildings
? Replace existing windows, 2 buildings
SOLAR PANELS/BATTERIES AND LIGHTING
? Upgrade lighting, 3 buildings
? Solar panels with battery backup, 2 buildings
? Electric upgrade, 2 buildings
? Roof replacement or buttress, 1 building
RFP Submission Deadline: February 13, 2025 by 5PM.
Detailed proposal requirements are available to serious inquiries. Nova Group
Energy Assessments including recommendations with detailed descriptions of
project plans and photos are available. We are not requiring that one contractor
needs to do all the work; different contracts could be awarded for individual
