Bid Description:
The State seeks to determine the deployment and quality of Cellular Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) throughout Vermont. This effort is primarily aimed at identifying state highway road segments where reliable voice service is not available.
The State seeks support to evaluate the proposed methodology and adjust it as necessary and seeks a vendor to provide the consulting, software, and services necessary to accomplish the testing.
