Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to establish a contract with a company that can provide fixed price proposals for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for the Design, Development, and Implementation of Vermont’s Federally funded modernization efforts as they relate to Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment (IE&E) and Health Information Exchange (HIE). Statement of Work for this RFP can be found in the standard State Contract beginning on page fifteen (15) of this document.
