Bid Description:
Contractor agrees with the Town of Belvidere to plow and sand the municipality’s Class
3 roads, Town gravel pit access road, the “Cemetery” sand pile (small sand pile provided
for residents’ use), and the Town’s three (3) dry hydrant accesses, for the 2020 - 2021
winter season. This work consists of plowing, sanding, and laying salt, as appropriate, on Belvidere’s town roads during the winter season
Special Instructions:
All sealed bids must be at the Town Clerk’s Office in Belvidere (3996 Vt. Rte. 109, Belvidere, VT 05442) by 3:30 PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Bids will be opened at a Special Selectboard meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 6:30 PM
This is not a strict “low-bid” award and the Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids
